Didn't see any MarkBass rigs so I had to chime in. Bass could be anything in my stable. For this show it was my favorite. My 2000 Alembic Mark King Deluxe with Series II electronics. In this case the 2X10 extension cabinet is in series with the CMP 102P combo to get a 500W output. Sometimes when I'm using this Alembic I put a GK500 micro head on the extension cab and run stereo with two parallel 300W rigs.

My rigs have changed a bit from my post in the beginning of this thread from 2013, so here is an update....

For most of my gigs I use a Carvin BX500 with a SWR Marcus Miller GoLight 4x10.

For bigger venues I still use the Carvin BX500 but with a GK Neo 4x12. Loads of volume!

SWR 400S! I just recently relegated mine (bought new in '96) as my trusty back-up. Like you said - not 'glamorous' but works/sounds good!

Well, that little Mark Bass is 300 watts, and it weighs next to nothing...and it was marked down from $899 to $599.
Sometimes Guitar Center does it right.

Due to many upstairs gig and small stages, I'd started playing through a MarkBass MiniMark combo with a small GK 112 cabinet. Not a good shot, but they're back there.
