My jag bass, sadly needs to be stripped and repainted as I messed up the clear coat (still reacting a year later and not cured properly), the yamaha in the group shot is modded too. Technically the status graphite B2 was a custom order as most status graphite are.

Pearl pickguard on the Stingray and high mass bridge on the Jazz. Nothing too exciting (or worth posting pics of, honestly). Trying to work up the nerve to take on something more complex (rewiring, refinishing, etc.)

Really neat Sabre classic reflective pickguard that goes great with the red sparkle

same here! The smaller humbuckers are wound more times than the standard sized stingray pickup, even in bridge only mode it sounds more mellow. Musicman fans like the sounds of the 70s but the Sabre seems like it was designed for the taste of the 60s and the advertising they did for it seemed to compare it to the stingray when it’s a very different bass

The black and pink P is the most recent modded bass, that was one of my old Harley Benton’s I wasn’t using anymore as I’ve gone all in on the short scale life due to stumpy not very stretchy fingers so I’ve given that to my 11 year old daughter so she can take it to secondary school for bass lessons when she starts in September. She chose the pickguard and I set it all up with her teaching her string heights/Truss rod adjustments/intonation etc whilst modding it for her.

The black and red short scale P is Scarlett she has a Gotoh 203 bridge and some cheap nasty Amazon special tuners just so I could get them in black at a decent price, and she is strung with Roto tapes.

My two babies Kylie & Dannii are my main basses, they are Ibanez GSRM20 both with Gotoh GB707 tuners and Kylie has a Gotoh 203 bridge Dannii has a Gotoh 201 clone from AllParts. Kylie has a full EMG GZR PJ set, Dannii only has the GZR P and the Ibanez J, I would like a DiMarzio hum cancelling Jazz pickup at some point for her. Both have flats Kylie has D’addario chromes tuned EADG Dannii has Dunlop flats for BEAD soon to be C standard when my GSRM25 5 string Mikro arrives.

And finally Black Betty the all black P bass was my first ever modding job, she has a black pickguard instead of the tortoiseshell red and EMG GZR P pickups, next to her are Scarlett and my daughters P pre mods.
