Man, covers on a Jazz look so good! I just wish I could play with them on! They do, unfortunately, get right in the way. The "bridge" one is the worst, and I think the "neck" one looks kinda silly all by it's lonesome (sorry, Marcus).They're in here where they don't get in the way:

General question for you cover havin' peeps. On a P or J bass with both covers, where do you plant your thumb? Or do you not?
Like on the P, do you anchor your thumb on the pickup cover and pluck on the bridge side, or do you not anchor it and pluck on the neck side?
