...is my Douglas WOB-826, purchased for $185 from RondoMusic.com! Damned if it doesn't play realy nice though...it's my first foray into the world of SIX, and I dig it!
I haven't played her for quite awhile and technically she's *FOR SALE* (although I should really get around to taking some nice photos and posting a listing) but this is my 1996 Ibanez SR-1206 six-string in Natural. Mahogany back and a Flamed Maple top, 5-piece Wenge/Maple neck and 24-fret Wenge fretboard. Ibanez ADX6 (Precision-type Split-Coils within the Soapbar shells) and Varii-Mid 3-band EQ with Sweepable Midrange. She was my main bass from 1997-2002, got me mentally and physically through an unplanned surgery and musically through multiple Sessions and Live Gigs before I moved away from multi-layered woods & neck-through construction and Soapbar pickups to bolt-on basses with 1 or 2-piece bodies and Jazz and Jazz-type pickups. Still, I had a number of great years playing her in all types of different musical situations!
