In these shots are the backside. I put on of the "F" neck plates on the back because I think it looks better than the plain one that normally comes from Fender on MIM models.

The decal is of a Manatee as a dive flag. I am a scuba diver and instructor, but the Manatee is a nod to my banjo. I play old time banjo and we 'stuff' the heads to reduce ringing and I use a beanie baby manatee behind the head.

The other shot is a close up of the BA2 bridge.

The current String are TI flats.

BTW I play mostly blues.

Sorry for the late reply Eric, I only just noticed your question :smug:.

No, I don't think that one was mine :hmm:. Mine went to a guy in the UK and also the fretboard on mine was nearly as dark as ebony (even under bright lights).

It was a cracking bass, but I'm hoping that its' replacement (below) will be even better ;) ....
