'06 MIA Fender Precision: Butterscotch, Rosewood, Badass III, Ultralite Tuners, Bartolini P/J, BEAD and Black Hardware.

Ipod camera doesn't do the Asparagus-Pee/Butterscotch-Blonde color justice.

This is my mid-eighties MIJ jazz. I got this brand new in 1986 from my parents for my high school graduation. I remember being a little disappointed that it wasn't a "real" USA made Fender. lol That didn't last too long; I really fell in love with it after about 3 weeks of playing every single day. The original bridge was replaced with an early 80's Badass. About 4 years ago it seized up and was replaced with a newer Badass II. Original pickups were replaced sometime in '88 with EMG's. Those pickups finally crapped out last year and were replaced with another set of EMG's and modded to 18v. She had a refret in '90, 95, 2001, & 2007. Frets leveled and dressed last year. New bone nut was installed in 2007 after my tech convinced me that the crappy plastic ones were not worth it. He was right! lol The back of the neck was sanded down and finished with gun-stock oil in '92.

It will be buried with me. I kid you not about that.
