Added two more pedals to my setup (VT Bass & POG) and outgrew my old board so getting a PTjr was the answer

It's like coaching trees in the NFL. For the non-football fan, basically it's keeping track of the influence certain coaches and their systems have on the league. For instance, Bill Belichick of the Patriots has had three of his former assistants go on to head coaching jobs, taking his ideas with them. Dan Coryell and Bill Walsh are two other big names when talking about coaching trees.

In any event, katri is clearly a branch from TaySte's tree.

My new board borrows a fair amount from JohnDavisNYC (and others) with dub accents.

Yep, it's a nice case fits the JR. snugly. It's not a flight case though it's more of a road case, not quite as sturdy but it's cool for what I need, and the removable lid is why I brought it.

I'm not gonna deny that I was influenced by TaySte, but only really in that I have an interest in TF pedals and IMO all the ones I have tried are great.

I didn't say that as a criticism. I just think it's interesting.

But after all, anyone with a ToneFactor pedal on their board owes a debt to TaySte for exposing the TB community to them. A case could be made for Subdecay and Catalinbread too.

There are just certain pedals that when I see them I think of specific TBers who sort of "started the trend":

bongo with the DOD FX25, Higgie with the WOBO looper, Tecx with the DOD 250, 40Hz_of_Love (and Chronicle & Rustynuts) with the Polish Love etc.

I made a few changes to mine board. Gine is the Dunlop Bass Wah, replaced by a Micro Pog and new VT bass. I also added a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power II underneith. The board is much easier to load into the soft case without the wah and I dont miss it much as the MXR auto wah/filter gets more use anyway. I just love the size and design of these little Pedaltrains.

Thanks, I downsized from a PT Pro with about 17 pedals. The only three pedals from that board that are still with me are the Fulltone, Phase90 and the MXR Bass auto Q. It was out of hand. I think the size of the Junior is about perfect for between 6 and 8 pedals. Having said that, I sure would love to fit at least one more on this setup. The VTBass is the newest addition and it really is a huge improvement to my ears over the original Bass Driver DI. I have the VT set up for a very warm tubey tone with virtually no breakup and have set up the Fulltone to have a substantial overdrive on the first channel and a heavy overdrive on the second channel. The FM mode is still my favorite setting. If I could only have one pedal on the board though, it would haveto be the Diamond comp. Best compressor for bass Ihave heard yet!

Updated again! I ended up not keeping the VT Bass or the Micro Pog. I returned to having the 105Q on the board for awhile and then went on a bit of a hunt for a good filter pedal. I ended up adding both the 3 leaf Grove Regulator, the Xotic Robotalk2 and found the XXLB distortion for a crazy good deal used and have been enjoying its tone as of late.

I have been considering replacing the Fulltone with something smaller and trying to squeeze a new MXR Bass Octave Deluxe onto the board.
