This is the perfect size for a bass effects board imho...

I just reconfigured mine...rearranged the furniture so to speak. Took some out of storage, tucked some others away and swapped a couple to/from my nano board. Still need a couple patch cables but it's all powered up and the path is squared away: Wireless > Tuner > Octave > OD1 > OD2 > Envelope Filter > Delay > Chorus > Comp > Looper

Might add a drive in the loop, but I'm enjoying the drives in the MS-3 to be honest!

Added the Flashback. That and the ADA flanger can cover a lot of modulation. It's a fun board!

Been working with and refining my PT Jr. for the last couple of years. This is the current state. Unfortunately, with the new EHX Muff replacing the slightly bigger BAT Pharaoh, there's now a tiny gap which is not big enough for another pedal. Maybe I'll just loosen the order in the lower row a bit.

What's that Big Bass Amuser pedal do? It looks funny!

I just came back to look at these posts and saw the comments about the Bass Amuser. It is a diy tube preamp that I put together from a kit. I would recommend a bigger box as it felt like I was stuffing a chicken getting everything to fit in there. Gets dirty when needed and offers a lot of tone options. I play a PF-500 and a ss SVT-350 so it gives a nice warm tone option.

Yours is the first board I've seen here with a Bass Amuser.

It somewhat recently came on my radar, hence my not noticing or commenting on it before.

Yes, it was a DIY kit and it gives a nice warm tone and can give a hefty growl, too. I was looking for an alternative to those other pre-amp pedals out there.

Is the junior big enough for two pedal powers underneath?

The new pt jr classic will fit two pp2+ underneath. I used to do that, now I have a pp2+ and an iso5

Latest iteration. I recently moved the comp to the end of the chain. Not a huge difference, but it does allow for more dynamic interaction with the other pedals.

A nether and on OC-2? That's interesting! Also good call on that ghost echo, that's a sweet sounding verb for sure.

Took me about five months but I got this little guy rolling. I can add touches of modulation or verb or kick in the tanks with the octave generator. The Ampeg SCR-DI is a monster.
