This is Dude, my only pet mammal. He's about 13. Everything else is reptilian or invertebrate.

lol Thanks, he's great, totally loves people, and is a beefy 13 pounds, looks bigger cause he's so furry. I adopted him when he was around 8years old, from a shelter. They have no idea where he came from, was just hanging out on their front porch one day. He has a wheeze, his back legs are angled funny, and his tail is broken in three spots - it literally folds in half and disappears underneath him when he sits -(leading most vets to assume he was hit by a car while stray) but his brokenness only adds to his character, I think. I've never met a more personable, friendly cat. And come on, his name is DUDE!
I'm glad I found this thread since I like animals more than most people.

I'll be bringing home this little girl tomorrow.
Just picked up this one from the groomers. We adopted her a few weeks ago from a friend who found her stray about 6 months ago. She had so much matted fur that they had to go down to the skin in some places, and had even been turned down by a few groomers before we got her.
