This is the first time we have adopted from this agency and I think that the pup needs to like us and our dog. Our dog is almost 8 and loves everyone and loves to play so I'm not concerned about that. He has been nick named the "gentle giant" by our neighbors and will love her immediately. It's a definite go for us and we are super excited to have her join our family!!! I think the agency want to make sure we're a good fit. Also, she is being fostered by my wife's friend and she gave us a recommendation too!

If they're not seeing something off regularly, you might start to question why you need them.
The meet up went awesome and we'll be bringing her to her new home in about 2 hours!!! She was already here when I got home and she ran over to me, jumped into my arms and give me puppy kisses. Our older dog and her got along perfectly and played the whole time! As soon as she left, we signed the contract and paid the adoption fee. We will be going to get here in about 1 hour and 15 minutes and SSSOOOOO excited! We think her name will be Ruby Rose.

Last night after we shut the house and were getting ready for bed Otto started going off. I came out to see what was up. My daughter was already up and had turned on the outside light and said "nothing's out there..." I said I'd take a look, grabbed the flashlight and took Otto outside where, with big snarling he lunged over to the corner of the deck, and two raccoons went sailing up the tree next to the deck.
Don't want raccoons getting bold and messing with our barn cats... Otto is a Good Boy.
