My dogs loved their morning puppicino from the local Starbucks on our morning walks. A little bit of whipped cream with the sugar added split 3 ways, so I didn't worry too much about the lactose and sugar. The hard part was getting the 3 of them to share out of a little espresso cup.

I've seen that look before, and it's basically "boy, am I gonna drop a monster deuce tomorrow morning."
My dog had a similar first experience with a Dutch Bros pup cup and is now obsessed... He's only had something like five of them in his whole life, but now every time we go through a drive-through somewhere he assumes it's for him and gets really excited.
We're also intentionally sparing with sugar and lactose, but he's pushing a healthy 100 pounds now so a few a year is probably not enough to hurt him.
