Show Your Spoiled Dog Pictures.

Being a pet parent means you are setting yourself up for the worst day of you life.

Just got a FaceTime call from my son and daughter-in-law that my grandson, Watson the Wonder Dog has an inoperable brain tumor.

This hurts bad.

😔

My grandson, I will miss you buddy 😔

I apologize for bringing my sadness into an otherwise happy place. I did it because this is the only place I frequent that would understand.

Thank you for your tolerance.

No need to apologise. I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say that we all feel your grief and loss. 💔

I certainly do, as my own buddy Duffy went to the rainbow bridge on July 17th.

It's all good. He's a good looking pup and he's now immortalized on TB. Thank you for posting because now we all know him. :)

I share your grief. I lost my best friend of 17 years on July 31st. I am grateful that he was able to live 100% of his possible life. He had been slowing down for 6 months, trailing at the back of my pack of 3 dogs instead of leading from the front. On that day, he made it through the first morning walk, but collapsed as soon as we got back to the apartment. Couldn't stand. Couldn't walk. Just eyes filled with pain and love at the same time. I took him to the vet that afternoon. His ashes are right in front of me, where they belong. I find it helpful to think that he'll be waiting for me on the other side of the rainbow bridge when I cross it.

Shortly after his adoption.

Sorry for your loss. Seventeen years is an amazing age for a dog to reach.

R.I.P. little guy.

Rest in peace, Watson. It's such a blow when it happens but all the good years leading up to it are the important part. He was obviously a lucky boy to have such a loving family, sounds like he had a great life!
