Show your Zoom B2 settings!

Hi,

Im going to trow in some hate:

- I hate that the b2.1u doesnt allow me to "limit" the volume pedal the way it lets you do with other effects (i wanted to put 80% volume when toe up and 100% volume when toe down)...

- I hate that the delay doesn oscillate, if you change the tempo it just shuts up, loosing your recording.

-I miss my bp200's auto swell (slow gear kind of... volume swells)

- the compressor SUCKS

-No whammy effect.... common.... i love stepping on my guitard toes...

:scowl:

besides that, Im pretty happy.

Hey guys, do any of you know how to get that warm, trebley Ric 4001 sound from the B2 (if it's possible). I'm aware that different gear can make different sounds, im playing a plain P-bass, through an Ashdown 115 combo. Thanks:bassist:

Wow, that's gonna be a tall order with that gear, but your best bet is probably to add a touch of chorus, perhaps try a dash of the ring modulator and then jack the treble way up in the eq section. Also, put on some new strings, preferably round and steel.

Roland Jet Phazer and an acoustic 301 cab?

I was wondering if anyboyd out there has a patch either of their own, among the built in's or on the patch website for a Roland Jet Phazer? I used tom use one through a 301 folded horn cab back in the day and it was very cool as the cab couldn't reproduce all the upper notes and turned the effect into a sort of dirty leslie for the bass.

Use the limiter. Seems to not be as obtrusive, but does the job.

To the best of my knowledge, what's there is it. I don't recall seeing any ways of downloading or modifying the the various beats save changing the tempo.

If you find anything, please share it with us. Thanks, and good luck!

i will let you know if i find anything andthank you for your help
