Shure "Ambient Pack" mic for PSM200 alternative?

Recently went to IEM, Shure PSM200 with Westone UM Pro 30 buds. I see where Shure used to offer an "Ambient Pack" lavalier mic with a volume control built in to the cord that plugged in to the body pack - but it has been discontinued. Has anyone come up with an alternative? Would need to be small and have a volume control .
