Signal chain

Here's the thing: Boss pedals all have buffered bypass systems which means they change the impedance of your bass signal even when the pedal is off so it can span long runs of cable without a change in tone. This is a good thing for the most part. However, Fuzz pedals like your MXR often respond better to unbuffered signals, especially if you like to use your bass volume knob to control the amount of distortion.

So all that to say this: try running your MXR first followed by your SansAmp followed by your tuner, comp, chorus, and delay. If that doesn't inspire you to play for hours then put the comp before the fuzz and see how you like it.
