Silk colors

I have just about read the whole thread here, but I am still not sure what I got here.
I had a fret job done and I asked for stainless steel. I didn't think much about it when I got the bass back, but now they are my favorite. Went back to the luthier and since it's been over 6 months, he can't remember what they were.
The characteristics are:
- color is a dark blue, with a hint of purple when the light is low
- very bright, perfect for slapping
- very bendable (low tension) at 40-60-80-100. You can easily bend the pitch by a half step higher.
- easy on the fingers
I have done some research on the internet, contacted a few manufacturers, but no luck.
Any chance you might know what these are?

- silk is only on the top by the tuners, no silk on the ball end
- my guess they are stainless steel. But I don't know if there is a coating on it or not- very bright, perfect for slapping

One thing you can do is to ask the luthier if he ever used Sadowsky strings for his service work.
I was wondering about that, too.
What kind of luthier wouldn't have a record of what strings he used for the work he did six months ago?
I ordered Sadowsky's blue label light and the color matches the ones I have been looking for. The feel is different, but that could be because they are new. The tension seems to be similar as well. So, it could be Sadowsky's after all.
And yes, I did call the Luthier shop again and they really can't remember "because we get so many basses through here in a year".

I received a 5-string bass with flatwounds on it, and I'm not sure what brand/model of strings they are. They have baby blue silk wraps at both ends and brass ball ends (no paint on the brass balls). Could they be LaBellas or GHS strings?
Pics of the strings, one at the headstock and one at the bridge, would be very helpful.
Also, can you measure the distance between the ball end and where the silk/taper starts at the tuner end on the E string?

So you chose the GHS flats, and they appear to fit fine on the Dano. Is this the old (81.3cm) or the new (83.2cm) length, based on the packet
