Silliest stage stance

So looking over the Trujillo with the bass of doom videos, I realized a couple things. first Trujillo is one hell of a player, second I can not stand his "power stance" or what ever you want to call this:

so I ask who do you think has the silliest stage stance?

A friend of mine once insisted that the little chorus-line dance that Tony Levin, Peter Gabriel, and David Rhodes do during Gabriel's in-concert rendition of "Steam" was "the most undignified thing an adult professional musician has ever had to do".

I'm sure there are worse, but at the time none came to mind.

I find many stage moves to be good entertainment. Some look ridiculous when viewed from an 'outsider' perspective, but genre rules are diverse and it's difficult for anyone to appreciate them all. I think my favorites for a good laugh must be the guys from Attack Attack! doing their crab-moves, or perhaps one of those jazz cats who has his bass all up under his chin and does this move where his head and shoulders are moved diagonally down and left, then back up without moving his feet at all. Oh, and the KISS 'we rock back and forth in unison', I always loved that.:)

I do it all the time, but don't worry... I have my floor/hair fan pointing up from the base of the wedge, so it gets my hair flowing around like a Whitesnake video... That cancels out the silly aspect of it right? ....right? :p

Yep, the fan cancels the uncool part of the silly factor. It's silly to us but cool to the crowd!

I'm sure that I look like a big tool on stage. I prolly look like I'm trying to shake a turd loose from my trousers. :hyper:
