Supposedly he dies in the movie, but I'm not sure it was permanent.

Johnny Tightlips gets whacked and refuses to tell who shot him in the episode where Krusty goes after his daughters violin. Sure he dies, but I'm pretty sure that they brought him back in subsequent episodes so he doesn't really count.
