You should check out k&l in sf too. Better prices on some scotches I like.

Total wine is great for wine and beer but, if you live in Virginia, they won't ship liquor to you. State stores. Grrrrr.

They did not have my go-to vodka, the regular, potato-based Chopin, so this will be my first adventure with the Rye version. It's in the freezer now.

Lagavulin 16 is my personal favorite scotch, and I've had several other iterations, but not this one, so I'm definitely excited to give it a try.

Tried the Chopin Rye last night. It's quite nice. More crisp than the standard (potato) Chopin, but not as much of that buttery smooth mouth feel.
