Sire P7 5-string String Length: Deep Talkin' Flats?

I want to get some La Bella Deep Talkin' Flats for my (on order) Sire P7 5-string, but I am worried about the string length, since La Bella says strings will break if you wrap the wound portion around the tuner.

Anybody have experience with the string-lengths on the Sire P7 5-string? I LOVE these strings, but haven't played since I had them on a 6-string Ibanez. I seem to recall though, that the low B had windings wrapped around the tuning peg. Never broke, but intonation on the B was never right.

The P7 is 34" scale, but for string measuring, La Bella says to measure from the string ball-end to just past the nut.

La Bella STANDARD/LONG Scale Set:
1st (G): 38"
2nd (D): 38"
3rd (A): 38"
4th (E): 36 3/4"
5th (Low B): 36 3/4"

"Ball end to just past the nut" = minimum length you need.

But what about "ball end to the tuner posts for B and E"? As long as those measure less than 36.75", then you're okay.
