SIT David Ellefson strings

Anyone tried the new David Ellefson SIT strings? I'm a devout D'Addario guy, but I'm curious about these.

I just wanted to bump this & see if there are some users who have experience with these (preferably the 5 string, but even the 4's would help).

I've got a box of them signed by David Ellefson himself. Not sure if I should try the strings. They are used at an earlier show.

I believe they are the same as the nickel plated steel powerwounds. If you like Dads , they are in the same ballpark.

They really are nickel coated and they are powerful, punchy and clear, just as the box says.

I’m thinking of throwing a set on my Reverend Mercalli 5.

How is the tension on these? Loose or on the tighter side?

They are on the tighter side. Definitely not loose or way too easy to bend. They feel much like very new D'addario XLs. These things shine in hard music.
