SIT Foundations - short life. Looking for other options.

I've recently been using the SIT Foundation strings (FN545125L) and mostly been enjoying them. I'd like a tapered B string, but I can live without it. The issue I'm having is that their usable life is the shortest I've ever had for a set.

Anyone used these strings and know of a similar alternative?

I actually tried the Dunlop Super Brights before I got to the Foundations since I had previously had a good history with Dunlop strings, but they really didn't work on this bass at all. I find myself craving brightness, but I've never felt a stainless string that I liked the texture of so I'm in a bit of a pinch.

I'm considering swapping the pickups out. The bass is bubinga and wenge body and neck with Delano SBC5s and a Darkglass Tone Capsule pre.

Dunlop makes nickel Super Brights as well if you aren't a fan of them in stainless.

I tried SIT Foundation, already sit on my Sire V7 (pun intended) for almost 6 months. I don't have a problem with it, it's an okay strings. Planning to change it with GHS Boomer. Not that I hate SIT, but I love GHS more.
