ebay seller bassrocker32,bassist/guitarist for Glory Bound & sessions
just started using sit strings on my custom built p-bass.nice bright punchy tone, good for all rock styles.I mostly use carvin strings, they are made by labella, and cost about $5.00 less.I got the sit strings on ebay for under$10 with shipping

I really like S.I.T. strings, at least the nickel ones I have used. They sound great and last quite a while.

I just got a new ESP bass that has S.I.T. strings - NR545125XL - they sound pretty good but I just got the bass today and the strings need to settle in.

I ordered a set of DR Fatbeam 45-125 but wondering if I should cancel the order.

I've never used Fatbeams before - just wondering if anyone could compare the Fatbeams vs. the SIT strings that came on the ESP.

I was once a Carvin user (many years ago) and stopped using them once they switched to tapered winding. I've been in a quandry ever since until I just recently discovered nickel powerwounds. My search finally has ended. I'm glad to hear you have made the discovery as well..
