Slanted Pickups

When I saw the title of this thread I thought it would be a debate about which direction they are slanted. I'm sure there are two schools of thought. I prefer the pickups with the bottom (G side) slanted towards the neck. This helps give fullness to the thinner strings and a more balanced overall EQ. But more often than not I see them slanted with the G string side more towards the bridge. Just a matter of preference, I guess.
Oh, well. Turns out we're just celebrating the slant. Cheers for both kinds.

True, this is why I said housings.

I would think they're still the same though whether the housing is a flattened off to match the tilted look or not. It's still a rectangular magnet underneath. Unless they're doing individual magnets per string, off set to match the curve. Now that would be different.
 
I see there are LG's here already, and truly lovely ones at that, but sure one more can't hurt! :D
