I purchased this book a couple of years ago but never finished going through it. I've dug out the book again but can't seem to find the CD that went with it.
I'm sure someone here has a copy of the CD as the book was recommended by loads of people here. If someone could upload/email/send the the MP3s that would be much appreciated.
According to the book it is the fifth edition or the one printed in 2005.
