Slap & Pop Tabs for practice?

Hi , my name is Marius , I am from Romania , 18 years old and I play bass in a ska / hardcore band . When I play with my band I always use a pick because hardcore punk is kinda' speedy you know , and I also have a lot of walking bass lines . I also have solo's and I inspire my playing technique from Matt Freeman of Rancid .

But anyway , I am getting kinda' bored sometimes , doing only punk & stuff and several weeks ago I've started getting into slap & pop , which I like very much , and I also want to experiment with my ska rhythms using slapping and popping .

I've been searching on the Internet for some exercises , and in the last 3-weeks I've been doing them like 4-5 hours a day , my index and middle kinda have injuries , you know :D and my thumb started to develop a callus .

But what I am looking for are some tabs ..I couldn't find anything or maybe I wasn't paying enough attention . I want some tabs (easy , intermediate , hard doesn't matter ) for some more slap & pop exercises , 'cause i am kinda bored of the regular octave slapping and popping :D thank you!
