Long story short, I'm taking the amtrak from Chicago (where I live) to Providence RI next month so I can see my favorite band's first show in 3 years, and their last show ever. I do this for fun sometimes here in Chicago and I never have any problems with police or getting mugged/killed just because I stay around the loop. How is Providence compared to Chicago? Where could I sleep for free and not worry about any of those things? I'd get a motel but 1: I am broke, 2: I am so stingy, 3: I am 18, in order to get a motel you have to be 21. DON'T TRY TO CONVINCE ME OUT OF THIS, IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN.
