small machine heads

Does anyone know if ultra small machine heads are made for the bass like the Stealth Keys that Gotoh makes? They must use a double envelop worm gear to be able to reduce the size of the machine head. However, I don't see where Gotoh has started making ones for the bass.

If you have any advice, let me know. If you know of a place where I could just buy the worm and worm gears to make them, I'm up for that too.
