Hey Guys, wondering if anyone knows of a 3-4 channel non powered mixer that has 3 aux sends in it..It seems when we play at festivals our keyboard player takes a while to set up, he has to bring out his 16 channel board and get it set up and it takes a lot of time..Just looking for one to cut down on set up time, he needs 3 aux sends for Keys, guitar and vocals...Thanks

Small mixer question

It may be lighter and smaller, but a small mixer may not be any quicker.
Label cables, and write down knob settings. You should even with a small mixer.
Many choices, go try them out, buy from someplace that lets you try it for a while and return it if it doesn't work out.

There are not many mixers under 12 channels with 3 aux sends or more.

It seems you may be better suited by a matrix of some sort.
What is the mixer doing? When you say the three axes are for "Keys, guitar, and vocals", do you mean monitor sends?

Try the Presonus Studio Live 16.0.2. It is really only 8 mic inputs with a handful of line inputs. It will give you infinite control that is completely programmable.
But I assume you are looking for a little $200 Chinese mixer of some sort. You are doomed to the world of Berhinger I would imagine.

Keep the existing mixer. Mount it in a rolling case. If anything gets more than one cable (stereo keyboard for instance) loom the cables together. And loom them with the power cables. Keep them connected to the mixer at all times - when striking a show, just coil and tie (or velcro) them to keep them neat, and tuck them into the rack. This will speed things up considerably, will make the stage a lot more tidy, and will cut down on connection errors.
