Small things in life you hate

My work calendar. I have this square calendar on my desk that describes something "awesome" each day. For example, today's topic is "Finally unsubscribing from that annoying email you've been getting forever". This thing as the opposite effect I assume is intended. It doesn't cheer me up and makes me think about something related I don't like. Plus, the guy's prose is so annoying. I would throw it out, but my gf gave it to me and works in my building, so I am kinda stuck.

Also, I hate professional/business contacts I have to deal with that do not keep an electronic/outlook calendar. What's wrong with you?

Ordering a dish in a restaurant with prawns in it, and when it arrives the prawns have the shell on. I realise that it looks fancier than peeled prawns, but they are impossible to peel using cutlery, and when they are in a sauce that is almost hot enough to melt the plate it's on, you can't do it with your fingers.

That kind of reminds me...I have never use a planner. I've tried to keep a planner, but I always quit after a week or two. What does everybody seem to get me for my birthday, Christmas, insert whatever gift-giving event? You guessed it: A planner.

I know, First World Problems. :D

People who drive a Prius in the left lane. I don't mind that they want to drive that car and if they would stay out of the freaking way, I wouldn't mind the way they drive but when they're in the left lane and there's a line of cars behind them, they could at least have the effing courtesy to get out of the damn way when they're going from 0-60 in 'Hey Jude'. They're paying far too much attention to the economy gauge and need to look around, to see all of the cars behind them- they're saving gas, but they're causing a lot more fuel to be wasted by forcing people to start and stop repeatedly.
This ******* in a truck was driving extremely slow so I decided to pass him and while I was doing it there it was...cop gave me a ticket for "being" 20 mph over.

"I have no clue where it went, someone must have walked off with it!"

Two types of elevator riders at work:

*The ones who stand at the back of the car playing with their phones so intently that they don't even notice at first when the doors open, so you damn near slam into them when you try to enter.

*The ones who are heading upstairs immediately after a smoke break. Longest rides ever.:vomit:
