Here's mine. Genz Benz Shenandoah Compak 10T. Acoustic Amp. Sounds great with an EUB too even though I'm shopping for a new one.

22lbs is kind of heavy these days. That GB is 13 lbs and 175 watts.

For all practical purposes Genz Benz no longer exists. You can't buy them new anymore. They were great amps, but their no longer in production. .

I didn't know we were talking only rigs still in production. I sure there is a small supply somewhere of NOS GenzBenz gear.

The 3.0-8t isn't the be all of amplification, but it can put out some sound for modest gigs, and for festival gigs it has a clean out and makes a killer monitor and is nothing to carry around. I can't ever imagine selling mine.

Genz Benz made a very lightweight, great sounding amp for Double Bass. I use one that belongs to the school. I've done a fair bit of
searching for a Genz Benz 6.2 12T and although the heads are readily available for the present, but that cabinet is pretty scarce, if not altogether unavailable on
the used market. Buying a used Shuttle 3.0 8T is perhaps easier, but personally, if I were getting a new amp, I'd want a viable company
around, to back it up. Just my take.

I'm not winning any awards here, but this little rig has a killer jazz sound, and pumps LOTS of volume.

My little Eden 12" cab and Ampeg PF500. ( I sold the GK), sounds great.

I agree with Eden EX110. I believe its 23lbs. I use the matching Eden head with it. I can only imagine how well the EX112 sounds. Anybody have both to compare?

No but I had Eden 410 box. It was a tugboat minus the boat.

Not sure what gear you were using, but with my BG 6.2, my Shen 7/8 upright and a BassMax it's the best sound I've had that wasn't my Acoustic Image amp (which isn't forward-sounding enough for me these days). Lots of bass, lots of volume.

I use this QSC 10 PA speaker as a monitor along with an xlr from the board into my Sadowsky Pre Amp

The Eden for me was years ago and I don't remember what I was using with it either. I remember the room, the gig, the other players and taking it back that next day, but I may have not known what I was doing.

I use a Crazy 8 under a Clarus 2. OK, you can find a smaller amp - MB 200 for instance - but this is a great rig and surprisingly loud.

Crazy 8 and a Clarus S4. If I need more low end I add a Crazy88 or use an EA Mline by itself. Works for me.
