SN-1 or SN-8 ? SNARK

What is the difference between the SN-1 and SN-8 tuners from snark? I'll be using on two standard 4 strings and one 4 string tuned BEAD. Any preferences on the SN-1 or SN-8?

Works great on my Low B fiver's, also on my 6 string acoustic guitar.

I think the red one is the SN-2 MrLenny1...which is for all instruments. The blue SN-1 says its for guitar and bass while the sn-8 is for all instruments but is designed for "super tight" tuning..I suppose it's the upgraded version of the SN-2....I just bought one on eBay from a local bass distributor..

I have an SN-5 and love it. I would probably go with the SN-1 if I was buying again. (the blue one)

I am using the Black one SN-8 love it so nice to have something that clips to the headstock that works so well for vibration tuning.

I have to use the SN-11 for my Acoustic electric 5 string. It is the only vib tuner on the market that I have found to pick up my low B.

I use the blue sn-1 for guitar and bass. I tried the black one and it was cool that it'll work well with horns and strings.

I use the SN-1 and I liked it so much I bought a few more for bandmates and friends. Less than $10 @ Amazon.com. Can't beat that!

I have both the SN-2 and the SN-8. Seems like the SN-8 tracks and locks faster than the SN-2.

I'll also add a thumbs-up for Snark. My SN-2 started failing, so I sent them an email and they said just send it in and they'll replace it. Great support!
