So does anyone have anything else they drool over?

:D

Tell me more about that knife. Make and intended use for starters. How thick is it? Steel?

I'm not even a good cook, can hardly even use a knife properly, let alone even touch sashimi. I posted a new thread about a new passion, which is working with knives. This is just an example of a knife that makes me happy looking at it. I'd probably never bring a good knife like that to its potential.

The sheer dedication, time, and skill to work on a knife like this is just incomprehensible. I've seen clips of those sharpening masters just effortlessly sharpen a similar knife from a blank; absolutely mind oogling.

It is, but, you should try it, you might have a knack for it.

Nearly everything I obsess over is music related, be it bands, vinyl, vintage posters, recording equipment, electronic midi and synth gear and who knows what else.

Although, I have to say the only other major thing that I drool over and actually buy would be longboards:

And possibly beer. Or other more illicit substances. And women.

Now that I think about it, "Sex, Drugs and Rock'n'Roll" pretty much sums it up. Except for the skateboards.

I still drool over rickenbackers. I've had mine for nearly a year and all the love is still there. I have no desire to buy another bass ever in my life but I really need to because I need to set my basses up for different things :/

I even feel a little unsatisfied when playing the thing because it means I can't see it from the front... Playing it in front of a mirror is pretty much the perfect experience haha.

Although I prefer how Lemmy looks with his Rick.

Rainbows...especially double rainbows, particularly when they extend all the way across the sky!

Full rainbow all the way... So intense....
