So. I'm a sociopath.

Last week my psychiatrist diagnosed me as a sociopath. I meet almost all of the symptoms. I don't know how (or if) I feel about this. Is this a bad thing? How would you feel and what would you do if you were diagnosed this way? There's no way for me to "cure" this apparently, so idk where's to go with my life now, or what to think of myself. Just confused. Any advice is appreciated.

I don't know what to tell you. Do you agree with your doctor? If you do and you aren't bothered by it, then I guess you will never seek help for it, provided your doctor's opinion is correct. I would be very upset if I was diagnosed this way and would want to do something to correct it or at the very least verify it with other professional opinions. Maybe ask your doctor for help in learning about the condition and see if it's something that truly applies to you and if so see if there's something you can do to get help in treating it.

I can take some type of medicine, but he says it will drastically affect my personality, and even worse it will affect y creativity in music (in a negative way). Idk if I want to change, my cutthroat attitude helped me so far.

If you truly are a sociopath, there is no cure because it is anot a disease.
The condition leads to peculiar abilities and also troubles. You probably know them already.
The main difficulty would be the ability to maintain a sentimental relationship.
It shouldn't be a difficulty when it comes to music, except for band relationships.

Considering the typical personality of someone who has been diagnosed as a sociopath, that might not be a bad thing.

"Antisocial personality disorder is a mental health condition in which a person has a long-term pattern of manipulating, exploiting, or violating the rights of others. This behavior is often criminal."

You should kick your doctor's ass for telling you that.

And get a new doctor. A lot of academic theoriticians want to make every character flaw a mental illness, and you do not want to play along:

You'll never be bonded.
You'll never get a security clearance.
You'll never purchase a firearm, much less get a carry-permit.
And your Life Insurance rates just went up big time.

Don't accept victimhood status. The price will be lifelong and far more than you'll want to pay.

How have you behaved up to this point in your life? Do you consider yourself dangerous?

I'm not dangerous. The only crime I ever did was getting busted for pot. I'm not a psychopath after all. I've been very manipulative and hurtful to others emotionally though, the worst part is either that I don't care or I don't realize it. And guys, I had an MRI I'm a legit sociopath, my psychiatrist isn't feeding me crap here.
