How you doin' Erebus bro? I did well for a few days then I caved. Back on the wagon.
I'm smoking again. I made it a few days and then (again) got in a stressful situation and caved.
Gonna give it another shot in a few days.
Right now we're sort of in the mindset of "progress, not perfection."

was a long time heavy smoker for years
wanted to quit, made the decision to quit
quit
let me say i didn't " try " to quit
it's not " hard " to quit, but it is easy to make excuses
i just came to the realization that I am in control of what i do with my time, money & health, & smoking just didn't fit in anymore
simply refuse to buy them anymore
simply refuse to bum them from anyone
period
if you do those two simple things, you will never smoke again
