i've also been thinking about new pickups for my jazz, a peavey t-40, a pedal tuner and reverb.

I am gassing to receive a MIA Ampeg B4R, that should already be shipped. A DBX 166 compressor, a Sabine or other rack tuner, and a Forman power conditioner.

And if I am dreaming: The one of a kind Focusrite preamp/Comp. etc. that Bongomania has for sale, here on TB. A one of a kind custom Ric. 4005 Lemmy Left Handed, They won't build it. Or a LH Carl Thompson made Les Claypool played 6 string Rainbow Bass, LOL. A Paul McCartney owned and played Hofner or Ric ... The good thing about his basses is I could actually play them! A couple Mesa Boogie 400+ (or Ampeg SVT 2 [Non-Pro]), a couple Bag End 4x10's, and a Bag End 2x18!!!! And a nice old Hiwatt or Ampeg B-15 since they are small I can use them to practice with at home! Man I can really dream, LOL. Cheers.

I am gassing for a bunch of parts. A Modulus or Status P or J neck. An Audere or J-Retro preamp and a set of Nordstrand DC pickups. Individually not too bad (well except for the Mod neck) but $$$$ collectively. By the way anyone have any of these parts for sale?

On the instrument side of things, I'm fairly modest. I only really want something with the Delano Xtender pickups, and will probably end up turning to Warmoth to satiate that desire. When it comes to stuff later in the signal chain however, I certainly wouldn't mind an infinite supply of electronics components. I'm spending time away (on the other side of the earth) from the small supply I have, and I miss it nearly as much as I miss my bass since all I can do is to draw up theoretical solutions to the stages of my future amplifier and make calculations on it, but not actually test anything.

Mind you, there are heaps of basses I wouldn't say no to if I was offered them, but I wouldn't by them.

Believe it or not, with all the fenders I own. I'm kind of going back to my roots and am seriously gassin' for an Ibanez SR700 in amber. I've played it several times over at Dave Phillips of Allentown. I just don't know if I can bring myself to spend $700 on another bass, but it's really sweet.
