Gassing for tax season so I can put a down payment on my custom bass a local luthier is going to build for me. I designed it, and he drew it to scale...etc etc. Grover tuners, Kent Armstrong pups. Its going to have a mohagony body with a walnut top, oil finish. Neck thru 5 piece maple neck. The fretboard will be made out of cocobolo wood which looks absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to get started. Luckily business is slow so he will be able to finish the bass before I move to Japan.

Im also gassing for this beauty....but my mom is getting it for me this X-Mas

Heat for my apartment...a little chilly in Wisconsin right now, especially when you haven't been able to afford to turn the heaters on!

I'm GASing pretty bad for either an Avatar 410 or 2x Avatar 210s stacked vertically. Also want a Lakland 5502 with LH3, either black with maple or 3TS with rosewood. And maybe a compressor.

I've been having this strange, reoccuring urge to trade or sell all of my Warwick basses and get vintage-type gear like Fenders, Ricks, Laklands, and Stingrays. It's really irritating because Warwicks are the perfect basses for me and they do everything I could ever hope for. But this urge keeps coming around for simple, rootsy basses. I have a list of a million things I dislike and/or scare me about Fenders, Ricks, and Stingrays, but I still want them. ***?
