Soapbars for a 5 string fretless- any recs?

5 String Soapbar Bass Pickups

This...You can get 'Big Singles and 'Big Splits' in P2 size and they are going to have more output then a Bartolini...
I fell Barts need a preamp of sorts and that not the case with the Nordstrands.

Honestly the Big Splits are great choice since you the quite if you solo them.
You really cannot go wrong with them.

IME and IMHO Choice of wood in body and neck has A LOT to do with a Woody tone ( no pun intended ) and Mwhaa.

If your bass doesn't "Mwhaaa" and isn't woody unpluged , it won't with whatever pickup you get


....and playing , fretless needs another touch
