SOLD items need a status change

I have been spending a fair amount ot time looking throught the Classifieds for a new Bass. Its been overly difficult to figure out which post are ACTUALLY for sale, thinking about selling or worse already SOLD.

The For Sale posts need to have a Available or Sold flag set in their headers, for us to filter. I need to be able to ONLY see the Availables.
