You nailed my singer right through the heart. I wonder if she's afraid she'll break a nail by coiling up the mic cables.....

I am basically giving the guys a ultimatum that if we are not much further, do stuff and do not get a lot more motivated I will be walking at the end of the Summer.

Keep in mind ultimatum's can backfire. My drummer was in a metal band a few years back as the lead guitarist(he's one of those guys that can do it all). They was opening for signed bands like Kittie, Oteph, Trivium and others in smaller local venues. The decided to fire the frontman, he wasnt all that great. After several months and not finding another frontman to stick the rest of the band decided to bring the old guy back. He wasnt keen on the idea because he beleived in the reason in the first place, and gave them a ultimatum. Well now he's our drummer.

Im not saying dont do it, just be prepared in doing so.
