Some good space pedals?

I wanna know if there are any good pedals that are under 150 dollars and produce some cool spacey sounds. I'm thinking about dropping some money for an Electric Mistress at the moment, either that or a Feedback Loop build, but I'm about to jump into a space-prog-sludge band with just me and a guitarist and I wanna do some cool stuff with that freedom.

+1 RE-20. It's a little bulky, but I like it. The input level can clip out, so spend some time with it to dial it in to unity.

The EHX Freeze does good at holding low ambience. Also, an MXR Phase 100 can be scooped up cheap. Or just splurge and get the Source Audio Orbital Modulator.

I think it really depends on what you mean by spacey.

For some that might mean ring mods and for others it might mean phaser or reverb.

Do yo mean like a Boss LS2 as a "looper" pedal??

Bass balls svotek and any delay is pretty dang spacey to me. I have a DOD digital delay, MXR BCD, Boss CEB3 and a micro POG by EHX with different OD/dist pedals and I can get some awesome spacey stuff. Delay has a lot to do with the spacey stuff in my opinion. reverbs and phasers as well.
