Someone recommend me a new Fender

Fender American Deluxe Precision. Most usable range of tones I have ever encountered in a bass. Its so good, I got rid of everything else and just have one bass. The rolled fingerboard edges and bone nut are really nice. The fret work is perfect. I love the 70's TV logo and styling. Its a really nice piece and I got mine used but minty fresh for $1100.

In other words spend a few more bucks and get the beans bro!

My g&ls are the best fenders I've ever had. (Not trying to incur C.Linton's wrath, I think I slide in on a technicality)

Also the GC sea foam green p bass special with block inlays is quite spectacular.
