Something feels off about this '1977' neck

I was looking at this neck on Reverb, but something feels off about this neck. Complete refinish so all the markings are gone.
What am I missing?

He found the Holy Grail! It's obviously the neck off of James Jamerson's iconic P Bass. Nothing else could explain that price! Or maybe it has a piece of the One True Cross imbedded. Or a map of the secret entrance to Fort Knox.

I did not forsee this ad, nor this post turning into such a farce. I wanted to confirm my observations and document a fake.

I apologize for taking up so much of everyone's time. The Seller is just doubling-down on his brazenness.
Oddly though, the ad is now acccurate. "FAKE Fender P-Bass Neck."
