I Believe In Father Christmas - Greg Lake
...despite popular belief, the original is not an ELP song - Lake recorded it solo in 1974 as a separate project. A re-worked version of the song was done by ELP and included in the Works Volume ll release in 1977. The original was written as a protest against the rising commercialism of Christmas.
