Not of the top of my head. I do know some albums had an original run of being a gatefold...only to see it become a single sleeve in later runs. I hated that. ;)

I have used this one before & I will use it now...'cause it's an insane piece of music that lasts less than a minute-

"Five Per Cent For Nothing"- Yes, Fragile

Bruford's .05 from that album. ;)
I had forgotten that this was actually the 1st tune on Side 2 of the LP. Hello!
