Sonusphere B18 at Summer NAMM by Moses Carbon Graphite

This looks like some sort of flat response speaker enclosure, but I dont understand its design. Im interested in what anyone has to say about this creation.

There is a community of builders that use PVC pipe in their designs. Google pluto speaker. I wonder if this besign is a variation of thos theme.

I didnt go to NAMM, I saw moses list it in their Facebook and was curious about it. Listed weight is 15 pounds for one and 35 for the other. The low weight is a good selling point.
