i have the above hi minidisc recorder musicians package and a mac g 4,recorder comes with all kinds of software but after i got it ,used it,threw away packing material i read that it is only compatible with pc.it makes great recordings but i need to get them into cd format.what can i do?will garageband or something like that help?

get some recording software (wavelab, sound forge, cool edit pro) and plug the headphones into your soundcards line in or microphone socket...
Sony now makes one that will upload to Mac OS. Check out minidisco.com
