Sound quality on youtube

I just uploading my first 'coloured' bass cover video on youtube, I've realized that... if i makes my videos black and white (Or blue ) using Movie Maker... i get a small videos but with better audio quality after uploading to youtube

While if i keep the videos coloured, the audio quality suffered (It sounds alot softer).
