i used to have an Ibanez SRX705. awesome bass with an awesome neck. since i returned it to the store, i've always wanted it back. not to mention the SR505 gas i get going through this thread.

I love my 300DX i love the feel and the neck and the action ive got on it. I love the sound as well allthough i do realise that is could be improved and as such i am comtemplating a few pickup swaps, EMG's and Barts. I like the passive system and i hate the stupid PHat boost i have never used it and never need it, im going to rip it out and put in something cool, maybe a passive mid roll off.

The bass is great and i really like it but its not a fodera and if thats what your expecting you will only be dissapointed.

Here's my SR3006. The build quality is superb, I really, really like the pre-amp but I didn't think too much of the Barts that came as stock so I had a pair of rosewood covered humbuckers made by Christoph Dolf of Bassculture which really added some meat to the tone. It's a great instrument, the only thing that gets me is the narrow string spacing, 16.5mm, I like a couple of extra mm in there.

I've got an sr505 and I absolutely the the thing... except the 22nd fret is a little too high, but nothing a luthier can't fix for me.

I've been playing an Ibanez sr1005 for the past year or so.

Very fun bass to use. The string spacing is quite tight, so fingerstyle is a breeze, though slapping can be a chore.
