Source Audio Hot hand

I was wondering if you use a hot hand do you need to buy an envelope to use with it ? or could i go strait from my bass to my big bass muff into my amp and still get the desired effect?

The Hot Hand is only a controller and has no effects built in. Just think of it as an expression pedal you control with your hand.

I pair with a manta bass filter and even normal hand movements while playing pick or finger can give interest to the sound coming out

Does anyone know if the SYB-5 bass synthesizer is compatible with the source audio wah filter??? I've got both pedals but for some reason cant seem to get them to work together.

Dude! I found a really cool setting on my SYB-5 today. I turned my volume all the way up
And used this:

It sounds best to my ears on modes 4 &5. Lol it was the closest I could get to a synthy disco bass

It works even better with a light octave distortion from the Multiwave Bass Distortion
